A doula is a trained professional who provides physical, emotional, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. We show up with a calm, reassuring presence; and our role is to empower and advocate for you, so you feel strong, informed and prepared.
We're not medical providers, but we are experts in nurturing and support , we focus entirely on you. Whether it’s holding your hand through contractions, cheering you on when you need it most, offering you delicious homemade meals or snacks, listening to and validating your feelings, we’re there to help you feel confident, cared for and never alone,
My ultimate goal is to help you welcome your baby with excitement and confidence.

Many feel isolated when bringing a baby home. We’re far from the village we actually need to feel safe and supported.
A postpartum doula is your support system. We’re focused on helping you thrive in the beautiful chaos of parenthood, reassuring you that yes, this is hard but totally normal , and you’re not doing it wrong!
Having a doula means having someone in your corner, dedicated to helping you transition into parenthood with confidence.

A Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner is trained by Greer Kirshenbaum, PhD and Rocio Zunini, PhD. We specialize in helping parents with children who are 0-3 years old with high nurture parenting and responsiveness around sleep.
-
No, I don't as it goes against normal infant development.
Here's why: sleep training relies on the myth that babies can "self-soothe," infants don't have the neurological capacity to regulate emotions independently until they're 3-5 years old. What looks like self-soothing is often a baby who’s learned their cries won't be answered, that’s not actual emotional regulation.
Instead, I offer something more sustainable, I work with your baby's biology. I focus on understanding their unique sleep needs, optimizing their environment, and creating gentle routines that support natural sleep development.
This doesn't mean sleepless nights forever! There are plenty of responsive, science-based strategies to improve your family's sleep while honouring your baby's developmental stage and maintaining security and attachment.

Yes, I do! My free connection calls and sleep consultations are all conducted virtually. I can also provide virtual support if that is something that interests you.

Postpartum support can be covered by some public health insurances, however it is becoming increasingly difficult to do so. Please contact me so we can figure out a way to make this work for you.
-
Absolutely! I’m passionate about making doula support accessible to all family constellations.
I’m flexible and creative when it comes to different needs and budgets - whether that’s breaking costs into monthly payments, working on a sliding scale dependent on your situation, or tailoring a package to suit your specific needs.
Reach out, and we’ll figure out what would work best for your family. I don’t want finances to be a barrier that keeps you from getting the care you deserve.

I do, a little! My level is around B1 – I understand more than I speak, so I'm more comfortable communicating in English for now, especially when discussing important birth and postpartum topics.
If you'd prefer a fully German-speaking doula, I'm also happy to help you find someone who might be a better fit.
-
Choosing a doula is a deeply personal decision, and finding the right fit is everything! With so many amazing doulas out there, it can feel overwhelming.
That's why I offer free, no-obligation connection calls, no pressure, just conversation about your hopes, concerns, and what support feels right for you.
Trust your instincts, you'll know if you want me in your corner.
